Had two calls from Phil Cass yesterday which I hung up on him. Today I receive a hand delivered letter saying thankyou for taking the time to take my call.....seriously. I would not go through an agency that is so pushy, sleazy and desperate for business.

We would be in no hesitation to recommend them especially for property selling - they are simply top sellers in the local. They have recently successfully sold our house at the highest price in record of the entire street in Berwick South, in only just 2 weeks time, amazing!!! A few weeks prior to that, they also broke the record of the entire estate, for selling a house in the same area. That was the simple reason why we chose them, as they would simply sell!!!
