Turned up for an appointment, drove thorugh the barrier and there were only 2 disability parking spots both in use so we had to squeeze up to a white line just to get the wheelchair alongside the car. This affected customers parking next to me. The parking was not expensive, we paid $3. for about 90 minutes.
