  I personally liked going to this gym - classes were great & facility was clean, had good rooms and staff were friendly... BUT my partner signed up, called up to check how much the cancellation fee would be and out of nowhere received a bill for the fee. Never went in to cancel (which is mandatory) but got the fee, then gym claimed no responsibility.
